Paul Foster is a technology and cybersecurity executive who helps organizations turn complex technology into practical business outcomes. His career spans senior cybersecurity leadership, enterprise transformation, and customer-focused solution delivery, with particular expertise in financial services, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
Paul’s career includes senior global cybersecurity leadership at HSBC, where he led global endpoint security strategy and major security transformation programmes for one of the world’s largest financial institutions. He delivered enterprise security capabilities at global scale, including endpoint detection and response and anti-phishing solutions, while achieving annual operational savings of more than $3 million.
Paul has served on customer advisory boards for CrowdStrike and Tanium, providing insight into the requirements of large financial services organizations and helping inform product development for a highly regulated and demanding market.
Since November 2020, Paul has been VP of Services at Geminos, where he combines deep knowledge of the company’s technology with extensive experience in customer engagement, solution design and enterprise delivery. His role is focused on understanding what customers are trying to achieve and ensuring that Geminos technology is translated into practical solutions that address their specific business and operational requirements.
A major part of Paul’s role at Geminos is helping customers make the technology sustainable within their organizations. He oversees knowledge transfer and the development of Centres of Excellence, enabling customers to build the skills, processes, governance, and expertise needed to operate, extend, and maximize the value of their Geminos solutions over time.
Together, Paul’s enterprise cybersecurity experience, technology expertise, customer engagement, and delivery leadership give him a broad perspective across the technology lifecycle. He understands the challenges faced by technology and security leaders, has helped vendors shape products around enterprise requirements, and now works directly with organizations to turn advanced technology into working solutions and sustainable business capability.
